Sandy Bell, Chair of Cindy's Fund is named the Garrett County Most Beautiful Person for 2012!!

Sandy was honored at the 26th Annual Garrett County's Most Beautiful Person ceremony at the commissioners meeting on October 2, 2012.

Sandy said "the most important thing we can do in our lives is help each other.  It is very gratifying to help cancer patients who cannot afford to receive proper care."
