Would you like to help a local cancer patient, but, don’t know how. We have the perfect solution. On Saturday, August 27, there will be a turkey or roast beef dinner at the Southern Rescue Squad for Edith Virts. Edith formally worked at Garrett Regional Medical Center, but,had to quit due to her cancer. One less income for her family, plus, loss of health insurance, which Cindy’s Fund is paying for. Everyone has to eat, so, why not have a delicious dinner of turkey or beef, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, stuffing, drinks and a dessert. Its a win, win!
Remember the date = Saturday, August 27, from noon to 6 p.m. at the Southern Rescue Squad Hall.
